Gmail / Google Workspace
Use your existing Gmail with secure OAuth 2.0 authentication.
Overview
Gmail integration in Authority Mailer SMTP uses OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication, meaning you don't need to enable "less secure apps" or create app passwords. Simply click "Connect to Gmail," authorize access, and you're sending emails through Google's infrastructure.
This is the easiest setup option for small sites, personal blogs, and anyone already using Gmail or Google Workspace.

🔧 Troubleshooting
❓ OAuth popup blocked
✅ Allow popups for your WordPress admin URL, or disable your popup blocker temporarily.
❓ "Access denied" during authorization
✅ The Google account might have restrictions. Try with a different Gmail account or check organizational policies.
❓ Token expired errors
✅ Click "Reconnect to Gmail" to refresh your authorization tokens.
❓ Hitting daily sending limit
